About us
Geluk Real Estate develops property with a future. From Nijmegen, we are building a strong position in property development, in the region and beyond. We look for buildings and plots in and around city centres with untapped potential – our sleeping beauties – and give them a new life as living or working space.
Our approach
To do so, we work with investors who, like us, believe in lasting value creation. We bring development and construction expertise through our own construction arm, Geluk Bouwbedrijf. Our partners contribute financing or a participation, and each project is set out separately and transparently.
This is how we grow, step by step, project by project – with short lines and full control from acquisition to completion.

Owner
Bernard Geluk
Bernard Geluk moved from Utrecht to Nijmegen in 2018. He was not the first Geluk to build here: his ancestor J.J. Geluk built the first ramps of the Waal Bridge as main contractor in 1936.
With Geluk Bouwbedrijf B.V. he works as main contractor on renovations and new builds. He does property development in-house through Geluk Real Estate B.V. He likes to be involved from the start, as with the redevelopment of the water tower in Berg en Dal and the former HEMA bakery, now a creative multi-tenant building.
He looks at buildings everywhere and keeps seeing what could be better: a grander entrance, or a facade that says more. Bringing those sleeping beauties back to life is his passion.
