Geluk Real Estate

Invest

We do more than develop. For our projects we look for investors who want to help build a strong property portfolio in and around Nijmegen. You can participate through a loan secured by a mortgage right on the relevant property, or through a participation in a project. For each project, we set everything out in writing and transparently.

Geluk Real Estate B.V. does not hold a licence from the AFM and is not supervised by it. Investments are offered exclusively within the statutory exemptions.
